Panning the canvas no longer leaves the floating toolbar behind. It stays anchored to the item you have selected.
A sales order subtotal now shows the expected amount after YoPrint recalculates the order. The same amount also shows correctly on the payment page in the Customer Portal.
Center view in Mockup Creator now zooms so the whole page fits the space you have, instead of jumping back to a fixed zoom level.
The Products sidebar now has an In this job section listing the catalog products already on the job, grouped by style with one action for each color. Choosing a color adds that exact color instead of falling back to the product default, and you can add the same color more than once.
Product suggestions now come only from the job you are working on, not from other jobs on the same sales order.
Mockup Creator is now part of YoPrint. Build a mockup for a job, save it, and reopen it later to make changes.
When a mockup is ready, download a preview or send it for artwork approval so the customer can review it in the Customer Portal. Cloning a sales order or a job keeps its editable mockups, so a repeat order starts from the design you already made.
US phone numbers with the 948 area code now save instead of failing validation.
When an invoice has no Ship To address because the customer is picking the order up, Auto Tax now calculates against the Bill To address instead of being skipped. Clearing Ship To on an existing invoice recalculates the same way, and the invoice records the address the tax was actually calculated from.
Auto Tax also recalculates when the billing address, the shipping address, or the customer changes, including on bulk invoice address changes. Invoices for customers who are not tax exempt, and invoices with no taxable line items, now explain the result inline.
Opening the Square Terminal payment dialog no longer shows a load error.
When you change the items on a sales order, YoPrint now starts the automatic QuickBooks Online sync for that order.
Setting up a new team now runs as a guided sequence with a visible progress indicator, clearer wording for which fields are required, and a message when setup is taking longer than usual. When it finishes, YoPrint opens your dashboard so you can start working right away. You can still choose a billing plan later from the billing screens.
Setup no longer stalls on the finishing screen. If it is interrupted after your workspace is created but before the address is saved, YoPrint resumes from there, and a failure at the last step now offers a retry instead of a dead end. Paid plans also appear again in the plan chooser instead of an empty list.
On a shipment, the actions that add a shipping address or a receiver contact now open a blank form even when an address or contact is already selected, so you can create a new one without clearing your selection first. The address list also closes before the create form opens.
When a sales order is deleted or moved to another customer, its approvals, invoices, jobs, shipments, and messages no longer show in the Customer Portal. Customers see only the records that belong to their own current orders.
Invoice and tax exports now use the same visible columns you have set in the grid, so you can export exactly what you’re looking at without extra fields.
Purchase order notes can no longer be edited by users without purchase-order edit access. The note editor and Save action are now hidden/disabled to prevent accidental changes.
Address selection fields (including shipping and billing) were updated to be easier to use and less error-prone when choosing or entering addresses. You can now search for the address from the dropdown using the new auto complete feature. You can also edit the address from the selection field
Fixed an issue where the Bulk Edit Pricing dialog could behave unpredictably while entering margin/markup and totals (for example, values clearing unexpectedly or recalculations happening at the wrong time). This makes it easier to enter pricing adjustments confidently across multiple line items.
Fixed an issue where changing a product line to a different product could unintentionally set the cost 0. We now re-fetch the pricing aggressively when changing duplicated line items.
Fixed an issue where order and job status changes weren’t consistently recorded in the Activity history. Status updates should now generate the expected history entries so teams can track progress with more confidence.
Fixed an issue where deleting a purchase order could leave incorrect "incoming" inventory counts when the PO had no receipts. Incoming counts now recalculate correctly so inventory stays accurate.
