On Products, Upload CSV Template now opens its choices instead of closing immediately. You can select Simple Product CSV Upload or Variant Product CSV Upload with your mouse or keyboard and choose a file.

Upload confirmations and errors remain visible after the menu closes. You can also reopen the file picker after canceling or retry an upload that was rejected.

In the services list, choosing Upload CSV from a service's menu now uploads the pricing file you select. You see a confirmation when the upload completes.

Choosing a file through Simple Product CSV Upload or Variant Product CSV Upload on the product list now starts the upload. YoPrint shows confirmation when the file has uploaded.

Job sheets now print services in the saved order after you rearrange them in Job Details. Location groups stay intact while each group follows the saved service positions.

Invoice PDFs now follow the saved invoice line order within each job, including size rows and fees. Standard and compact invoice groups keep their existing job grouping, so the downloaded PDF follows the order shown in Invoice Detail.

In Add Product, full-word Small, Medium, and Large sizes now sort with S, M, and L before XL and extended sizes. The same ordering applies in inventory and stock-take workflows, regardless of capitalization.

Jobs and Tasks calendar cards and Production Control Gantt cards now update the parent order number when another operator changes it. The rest of the pinned job or task details remains in place.

When another operator changes an order, YoPrint keeps the sales-order, invoice list, and shipment list current with one refresh at a time, then catches up with newer changes. Your current order remains usable if a background refresh fails.

Customers can now see published Mockup Creator artwork while reviewing a quote, before it becomes a sales order. They can enlarge the artwork when its preview is ready.

Invoice discounts now reduce a sales order's estimated profit without reducing its estimated cost. An order discounted to zero shows a loss when it still has costs.

Changing quantities in Live Edit now saves when unit prices include fractions of a cent. A rounding error could previously prevent these changes from saving.

Adding or creating a tag no longer takes focus away from search on customer, sales-order, and purchase-order lists and details. Once the change finishes, you can continue with the next tag. If you remove a tag you just added, it becomes available to select again.

On sales-order and purchase-order details, the tag picker opens over the page without expanding the header. Press Escape or click outside to close it.

Tag text now uses black or white to contrast with its background, and tag pickers have names for screen readers.

You can now add or remove tags below a customer's name in the detail window or full page, or directly in the customer list's Tags column.

• Find customers with or without selected tags, and save those filters for reuse.
• Include tag names in the All Customer CSV export. Names are sorted, separated by commas, and kept as text even when they look like spreadsheet formulas.

Changing tags requires permission to update customers. System customers cannot be tagged.

Open a Tags cell to see tags that do not fit in the row. If you already have a saved column order, Tags may appear after Action until you move it.

The warning before removing a Zapier connection now explains that removing it will disable your Zaps.

You can now manage Google Sign-In under Sign-In Methods on Your Profile while signed in to YoPrint.

• Choose Connect Google and use a Google account with the same email address as your YoPrint account. The button shows Connecting Google… while the connection starts.
• Choose Disconnect and confirm your current YoPrint password to remove Google Sign-In. The confirmation opens with Cancel selected.

You can reconnect from Your Profile. A matching verified Gmail or Google Workspace account also reconnects the next time you sign in with Google.

If Google disconnects but your profile cannot refresh, choose Retry to load the current connection status.

When an uploaded file cannot be saved, the upload dialog now shows the available explanation of what failed validation instead of only a generic save error.

Files larger than 10 MiB that finish uploading through the job’s Upload action can now be added to its mockups before you save the job. They no longer fail with “Unable to Save” because of their size after the upload has completed.

On a Sales Order with many line items, removing a job, cancelling the order, or saving a large batch of line-item changes no longer stalls or returns a server error.

• Choose Remove job to delete a large job from the order.
• Choose Save or Save and Close to keep many line-item changes.

Orders placed in a connected Shopify store are creating their YoPrint sales orders again. For a few hours, a new Shopify order could stop on the way in, so it never appeared in YoPrint even though the store had taken it.

Building a service in Configuration > Services no longer means finishing the whole thing in one sitting. The editor tells you when you have unsaved changes and gives you two ways to save:

• Save keeps the service open so you can carry on with the next matrix or location.
• Save and close saves and takes you back to the services list.

If you leave a service that still has unsaved changes, YoPrint asks you first instead of dropping the prices you just typed.

Clone now opens a filled-in draft of the service instead of creating the copy straight away. Change the name, the prices, or the locations first, then save it. If you leave without saving, nothing is added to your list.

The price matrix itself is easier to read and edit, including on a narrow screen. Choosing which product locations a service applies to now has a search box and a running count of how many you have selected.

The Pricing type choice also explains what each option does. Per-item pricing charges the price for every item at that quantity break, while Flat rate per job charges the price as the total for the whole job and shows the unit price underneath.
