Approvals: See when a customer opened an approval
Sending an order approval, and the customer opening it in the Customer Portal, now update the order approval status, so order summaries and filters show where each approval stands. If a customer opens an approval again, YoPrint records the newer view date. A completed approval keeps the dates it was completed with.

You can now set the YoPrint production status on an order that came from Shopify, and that status survives a manual resync or a refresh from Shopify.
A Shopify order whose name has no number sign in it now imports instead of failing, and a temporary error from Shopify is retried rather than ending the sync.
Global search returns results faster, particularly on teams with many records and vendor contacts.
Shopify is now a public beta for YoPrint teams rather than a private early-access list. Your plan, your team permissions, and the existing Shopify safeguards still decide who can set up and manage stores.
Global search across customers, orders, quotes, jobs, vendors, purchase orders, shipments, and invoices no longer fails for users whose permissions limit them to their assigned customers and their own orders and purchase orders.
The add-store card in Connected Stores now opens the official YoPrint listing on the Shopify App Store instead of the general YoPrint website.
Customer search now matches on the customer name, an active contact name, a contact email, or a contact phone number, and on combinations such as a customer name plus a contact name. A full email, just the part before the at sign, just the domain, and a phone number with or without punctuation all work.
Results say why they matched, with labels such as Matched email, Matched phone, or Matched contact, so you can tell which contact brought the customer up. This applies wherever you pick a customer, including sales orders, saved filters, connected store defaults, the customer list, and global search. Typing again to change a search no longer leaves an error behind.
Saving a design now works when it uses artwork you uploaded inside the editor or into the job's Mockup Files. Cloning the job copies those files with the clone, so the copied design uses the copy's own files instead of the original's.
Shapes with a thick outline, including Party, Flower, Heart, Cloud, Explosion, Rainbow, Door, Drop, and Pillow, now draw their outline in the same place as their fill instead of appearing displaced or clipped.
Drag a box around items on a page to select them together, or hold a modifier key while clicking to add to the selection. You can then move, copy, paste, duplicate, delete, or nudge them as one group.
Orders that came from Shopify no longer offer order approval or artwork approval actions in YoPrint. Their approval rows are not actionable, direct approval links return nothing, and approval requests and reminders cannot be sent for them. Customers no longer see approvals for Shopify orders in the Customer Portal either.
You can now paste an image from your clipboard into Mockup Creator and it uploads onto the canvas, with feedback while it uploads. Pasting text into a text box still works as before, and an upload that fails uses the usual image upload error message.
When a catalog product image cannot be resolved, Mockup Creator now explains why and offers the matching next step: connect or fix the supplier account, retry a temporary supplier or image failure, or open details when the product has no supported image.
A product whose image could not be resolved stays on the canvas as a placeholder you can move, resize, layer, or delete, and it blocks saving and downloading until you fix or remove it, so an incomplete design is never saved by accident.
A new Square refund now creates one refund record whether it comes from Square or is created in YoPrint.
Open Templates in Mockup Creator to apply a published template to the design you are working on, before you save it.
A manager can use Save as template to make the current canvas reusable by the team, or Update template to change an existing one.
YoPrint Gallery offers curated YoPrint designs that your team installs as its own copy and can then edit.
An installed gallery design copies its images into your team, so you can keep using it even if the gallery or supplier catalog later changes. A saved job mockup and its source template are independent: deleting one does not break the other.
Global search now finds records by customer PO, customer name, vendor name or account number, and active vendor contacts. Each result explains why it matched, and the dialog clears old results the moment you change the query or search mode.
Short and prefixed record numbers such as 99 or SHIP-99 now match, and the result says which record number they matched.
Mockup Creator now shows the job, sales order, and customer next to the design title, plus a drawer you can resize or collapse with Job, Items, Services, Comments, and Files sections.
From that drawer, the job and the customer open over the editor, the sales order opens in a new tab, an item can take you to the Products sidebar, and Files can open Uploads. Items are grouped by product and keep their sales order sequence, fee lines are hidden, and custom, uploaded, and customer-supplied lines stay visible for reference.
Changing a shipment status directly on the shipment list now keeps that row visible after it saves, even when the new status no longer matches the filter you are using. The list also stops reloading itself after every inline status change.
The Products sidebar now has a catalog source panel showing which supplier catalogs the editor is searching, which are turned off, which still need a connected supplier account, and which are not supported. A line under the product search says whether you are searching S&S Activewear, S&S Activewear Canada, more than one catalog, or waiting on a supplier account.
Users who can manage settings get quick actions there to turn a catalog on or connect a supplier account. Everyone else sees the same panel as read-only with a note to contact an administrator.
S&S Activewear and S&S Activewear Canada are searchable as soon as the catalog is enabled for your team, while SanMar and AS Colour need a connected supplier account first.
