Mockup Creator now shows the job, sales order, and customer next to the design title, plus a drawer you can resize or collapse with Job, Items, Services, Comments, and Files sections.

From that drawer, the job and the customer open over the editor, the sales order opens in a new tab, an item can take you to the Products sidebar, and Files can open Uploads. Items are grouped by product and keep their sales order sequence, fee lines are hidden, and custom, uploaded, and customer-supplied lines stay visible for reference.

Changing a shipment status directly on the shipment list now keeps that row visible after it saves, even when the new status no longer matches the filter you are using. The list also stops reloading itself after every inline status change.

The Products sidebar now has a catalog source panel showing which supplier catalogs the editor is searching, which are turned off, which still need a connected supplier account, and which are not supported. A line under the product search says whether you are searching S&S Activewear, S&S Activewear Canada, more than one catalog, or waiting on a supplier account.

Users who can manage settings get quick actions there to turn a catalog on or connect a supplier account. Everyone else sees the same panel as read-only with a note to contact an administrator.

S&S Activewear and S&S Activewear Canada are searchable as soon as the catalog is enabled for your team, while SanMar and AS Colour need a connected supplier account first.

The editor download panel now saves your design first, shows while the file is being generated, and opens the PNG only once it is ready. It also tells you when the design is unsaved, still saving, out of date, timed out, or failed, instead of opening a link that does not work.

PNG is the only download format in the editor. JPEG and PDF appear but are not available yet.

Reviewing an artwork approval now uses a preview you can zoom, drag, fit to the window, or set to actual size, with scroll-wheel and pinch zoom. Page navigation and full screen work as before, and zooming inside the preview no longer zooms the browser.

Approve and request changes are now selectable cards that stack on narrow screens. Once every item has a decision, Review & Sign opens over your review instead of replacing it, and closing it returns you to your decisions untouched. The separate terms checkbox is gone; typing your signature is the final acceptance.

If your team has no approval terms saved, YoPrint says so plainly and, when you can manage settings, points you to where to add them. An approval that starts with no artwork selected now offers an action to add artwork and shows how many earlier items you can reuse.

Opening the inventory breakdown for a simple or variant product and sorting it by Color, Size, or SKU no longer fails. Those columns are shared across product types, and a sort a product type did not support used to end in an error.

Searching the catalog by brand and style now works, including Gildan 5000, gildan-5000, gildan5000, Port Authority A500, and BELLA + CANVAS 100. Pasted compact codes such as PortAuthorityA500, SportTekF243, and BellaCanvas100 match as well.

Searching a supplier name with a style, such as sanmar 5000, s&s 5000, or alphabroder A500, finds the same product. Size words such as XL or 2XL no longer wipe out an otherwise valid style search, and an exact style code still ranks ahead of weaker matches.

Searching your own uploaded products by brand and supplier code now works too.

Downloading a mockup from YoPrint or the Customer Portal now waits for the current preview of the saved design. While the preview is still being generated, or if it failed, YoPrint says the download is unavailable instead of handing over an out-of-date file.

Renaming a design, or changing a setting that does not affect how it looks, keeps the existing preview, so the download stays available and you do not wait for it to be made again.

The job detail header no longer crashes when a job opens before its sales order information is ready, so the job details open as expected.

Opening a catalog product row in Stock Take now shows its real current stock instead of zero, so you can reduce a count during a stock take. The search box also stays editable while results load.

A job artwork list in the Customer Portal now includes published Mockup Creator designs alongside uploaded artwork, in the same rows with the same preview and download actions, and each design shows the job service it belongs to.

The approval status shown next to a design now matches the design the customer is looking at, instead of an older reviewed version.

Creating or editing a mockup template now opens the full-screen editor over the Mockup Templates library, so closing it returns you to the list.

A pending artwork approval now holds the artwork exactly as it was when you sent it, so editing the source artwork afterwards no longer changes what the customer sees in the Customer Portal. A completed approval keeps the artwork, the terms, and the signature from the moment it was signed.

An approval that mixes uploaded artwork and Mockup Creator designs also no longer cancels as a whole when one item is deleted or unpublished; the remaining items stay in the approval.

Pressing Enter to edit selected text in the 3D view now places the cursor at the end of the text, including text that contains emoji.

The blocked-popup message now appears only when the browser actually blocks the download tab. When the download fails because saving or preparing the link failed, Mockup Creator says that instead.

On a job, Create New Request in the Approvals panel now opens the artwork approval dialog after an approval has reached Needs Change. It used to show an error screen. Opening approval dialogs from a sales order job also no longer puts the job page itself into an error state.

All Invoices now shows the Customer PO number from the sales order, so you can match an invoice to a customer purchase order without opening it.

When an artwork approval includes a Mockup Creator design with 3D content, customers can open its 3D Mockups view in the Customer Portal before they approve it or request a change.

Selecting a SKU in Needs Ordering now shows the sales order line items behind its required quantity, with the order, customer, and job for each one. You can change the quantity on a line, reset it, discard your edits, or open the order.

If someone else changed those quantities while your panel was open, YoPrint shows a review step and highlights the rows that no longer match before you save. The cart stays in step with your edits, product removals, and warehouse changes.

Products that were removed from your catalog stay visible while they still have open demand, so a need is never hidden just because the product is gone.

When a customer approves a sales order, the in-app activity feed and its notifications now show it as an order approval instead of an artwork approval.
