Multiple Shipment Workflow Enhancements

We now show you shipment information when you hover over the shipments in the Sales Order sidebar. When you have multiple shipments, it’s difficult to know which shipment is going to which location. For example, if you receive a call asking you to check the status of the shipment that’s headed towards Seattle, you will have to double-click each shipment individually until you find the right one. With our new popover, you can simply hover over to identify the shipment, and double-click, saving you time in process.

Redesigned Create Shipment

We received feedback that multiple shipments creation process can be confusing. We are happy to announce the following refinements. We are confident this make the process seamless.

• You can now see the total items in the entire order.
• We renamed “Available Qty” to “Unpacked Qty” to clarify the meaning.
• We no longer hide items that has been packed in other shipment. We used to only show items that hasn’t been packed in other shipments but we realized that this is confusing behavior. Instead, we disable the row with a tooltip message stating which shipment it’s been packed into
